Hi to you guru's, doe's anyone have the correct way to modify an older alt. rotor for use on a CDI unit?I got three of them and would like a spare.Thank You All in advance.

I used to build guitar pickups.....basically that is all this thing is.......the hole could be 3/16 inch with rubber magnet.....used to be magnet shops everywhere till everything went abroad so you may have to snoop for some.....it comes in different grades....some stronger than others......leather punch....sometimes a trip to lowes or a hardware store can reveal some magnets....?...I have even chipped off a piece of ceramic and ground it right.......
