Hi, guys...
You might notice that the fenders on my bike have been clipped a little. A prior owner did it and it turned out well, but the leading edge of the front fender is not quite as symmetrical as I'd like. What would be the best tool(s) for removing just a little more material from the offending side without boogering up the chrome? Maybe files or rasps, followed by papers?
Might clip the rear a little more too... but not sure if it's worth it. Opinions? What's the best tool to use to cut a chrome fender?
