Are drum brake swingarms the same as disc brake swingarms? Other than the obvious brake hold down arm mounting location.

I have a disc on my project bike and a drum swingarm sitting in my back yard. They look the same to me other than the mounting of the different style brakes.

I was thinking they were, thanks for taking the time to look and respond. I have a disc on my bike and a spare drum swingarm. I need to do some mods to the swingarm to make room for my rear belt drive sprocket. I'm hoping to have, the belt drive, done in the next few weeks.
